Assistant Management Accountant

Salary: £29,000 - £33,500

Term: Permanent – Full time

Job Summary:

The post-holder will support the Finance Director in ensuring that the organisation operates on a stable financial footing, meets every internal and external deadline, and complies with all its regulatory obligations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the financial functioning and development of the business, as well as supporting and working closely alongside all members of the team.

Family Support Workers are highly valued at Orchard House – they are crucial in safeguarding the children and supporting the parents we work with. You could have a background in education, childcare, social care, health, or something else. All new staff receive a thorough fully paid induction delivered by our skilled multidisciplinary team, including our Team Leaders, Social Work team, Clinical Psychologists, and Family Intervention Workers. 

All our FSWs make a significant contribution to the lives of families in need. Some later go on to progress in their career at Orchard House to become Team Leaders or Social Work Assistants, and others train as Social Workers – all are committed to doing their best for the families we serve.
